Price List
Bali fleur de sel price levels run from small retail jars for home cooks up to bulk foodservice packs and pallet-scale wholesale contracts, and this page brings every format together in one indicative price guide so you can compare cost per kilogram before requesting a formal quotation.
In short
All figures below are indicative planning ranges: hand-harvested salt is a seasonal agricultural product, so final pricing is confirmed on your written quote based on current harvest availability, pack format, and delivery destination.
Retail Price Guide
A finishing pinch of fleur de sel weighs roughly half a gram to one gram, which means even a 100g jar covers months of regular home use and makes small formats better value than their size suggests.

Bulk and Foodservice Price Guide
Professional kitchens typically move from jars to bulk packs once monthly usage passes about one kilogram, because cost per kilogram drops significantly at each volume tier.
| Format | Typical buyer | Indicative range (USD) |
|---|---|---|
| 1 kg chef pack | Restaurants, private chefs | 55–80 |
| 5 kg foodservice pack | Hotels, resorts, caterers | 230–340 |
| 10–25 kg lined cartons | Distributors, repackers | Quoted per order |
| Pallet and container lots | Importers, wholesale programmes | Contract pricing |
Foodservice buyers ordering the 5kg pack on a recurring schedule qualify for standing-order terms, which lock a confirmed price for an agreed supply period rather than repricing every shipment.
What Moves The Price
The East Bali dry season, roughly April through October, is peak harvest, and salt collected in this window is most abundant, which generally keeps quotations at the lower end of their ranges. Outside those months, slower evaporation reduces daily yields and can firm prices.
Export quotes are issued in US dollars while farm costs run in Indonesian rupiah.
Rates move with the major sea lanes, which is why we quote delivered rather than teasing an ex-works number.
The finest, whitest surface crystals command a premium over standard harvest lots. When you request a quote we state which grade and harvest window your price reflects.
Under 500g per month: stay with 100g or 250g retail formats for freshness and easy storage. 1–3kg per month: the 1kg chef pack offers the best balance of price and turnover. Above 5kg per month: move to foodservice packs or a wholesale agreement. Reselling or repacking: contract pricing through the wholesale programme is the correct entry point.
Because fleur de sel is hygroscopic and holds natural residual moisture, buying more than a year of stock at once is rarely worthwhile for a small kitchen; matched buying beats bulk hoarding.
Requesting A Quote
A complete quotation request needs only four data points.
Which salt, and which crystal grade if you have a preference.
Jar, pouch, chef pack, foodservice unit, lined carton or pallet.
Per order, and per year if you are planning a schedule.
The country and, for freight, the receiving port or warehouse.
With those in hand we return a written quote covering unit price, packing specification, lead time from the current harvest, and delivery terms — a simple courier rate for retail parcels, or Incoterms-based pricing for export consignments. Quotes are valid for a stated window so you can compare suppliers without price drift mid-decision.
